Private & Small Group Sessions:

pic7Practicing yoga has many rewarding benefits, including losing weight, gaining strength, increasing flexibility and relieving stress. While yoga classes are fun to attend, it can be difficult to advance or to address your specific needs while practicing within a group of people. Private yoga sessions offer the ability to work one-on-one with an experienced teacher who can design a program that is personalized to you. Small group sessions can be fun for Bridal Parties, Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc.


Marie would be happy to offer the following workshops for your group:

Thai Yoga Massage Workshops:  Learn how to do Thai on family and friends, each person will do Thai massage on their partner for one hour with the guidance from Marie.

Yoga for Athletes:  Many sports are one side dominant.  In this type of workshop you will learn specific yoga postures to target and balance your sport, flexibility and focus.

The Chakras Simplified:  Learn the energy centers of the body, where imbalances may be and what type of yoga poses, chants and meditation can bring healing and balance to the body, mind and spirit.

Personal Training:

Marie combines fun innovative ways to workout combining free weights, physio ball, bands, medicine ball and other exciting ways to challenge the muscles and mind to be focused and change. For example, boot camp classes, Hiking workouts or one on one private sessions.
